Deep Dive Experience (english)

You think that breathing is nothing out of the ordinary because you have been breathing your whole life?

Then be ready, because at the Deep Dive Experience you will experience what it means to use the concentrated power of your breath and to have insights and feelings that you otherwise only know from experiences with mind-expanding substances.

Set & Setting:

You arrive, lay down on your mat, get comfortable. Soft music begins and you receive instruction in the "I connect" and its three breathing steps. Equipped for adventure, you embark on a trip through the vastness of yourself. Come as you are, because you have everything within you.

Rayén Oberholzer lovingly guides you and the group through the I Connect process. Manuel Brändli's electronic space-rock sounds will make your journey a unique experience. The space is held by several spaceholders, who provide a comfortable and safe space. 

Program:

15:30 Door opening and admission

16:00 The trip is initiated

17:45 End of the breathing trip

17:45 End incl. dance music & bar

18:30 End 

Bring along: 

• Comfortable clothes
• Your own mat (e.g. gym mat, yoga mat)
• A blanket, pillow, blindfold (what you need to lie comfortably)
• Drink bottle

Arrival:

The Deep Dive Experience takes place in a magical "jungle room" at Binz Zurich. 

From Zurich HB to Zurich Binz and from there 6 minutes walk to the venue.
