Deep Dive Experience

You think breathing is nothing special since you've been breathing your whole life?

Then be ready, because at theDeep Dive Experienceyou will experience what it means to use the concentrated power of your breath and at the same time to have insights and feelings that you otherwise only know from experiences with mind-expanding substances.

Sets & Setting:

You arrive, lie down on your mat, make yourself comfortable. Soft music begins and you receive instruction on "I connect" and the three breathing steps (suitable for all levels). Equipped for adventure, you embark on a trip through the vastness of yourself. Come as you are, because you have everything in you.

Rayén Oberholzer lovingly accompanies you and the group through the I Connect process. Manuel Brändli's electronic space rock sounds will make your journey a unique experience. The space is held by several spaceholders that ensure a comfortable and safe space and your well-being. 

Program:

3:30 p.m. Doors open and admission

16:00 The trip is initiated

17:45 End of breath journey

17:45 finale incl. dance music & bar

18:30 end 

Take away: 

• Comfortable clothes
• Your own mat (e.g. gymnastics mat, yoga mat)
• A blanket, pillow, blindfold (what you need to lie comfortably)
• drinking bottle

What else you need to know:

• The Deep Dive Experience takes place in a magical "jungle room" near Binz Zurich
• The room is well ventilated and the many plants in the room create a very pleasant climate for breathing
• You will be in the room with many other fellow travelers
• You are responsible for yourself during the trip. That means you communicate it to the spaceholders if you are not doing well and you want to "get out". You can opt out at any time. There are no refunds. 

Getting there:

Raeffelstrasse 11, Zurich

From Zurich main station to Zurich Binz and from there it is a 6-minute walk to the venue.
